The Travel Agency’s Cali Sober Sips Returns to NYC, Reimagining Happy Hour Without Alcohol

New York, NY – The Travel Agency, New York’s largest cannabis dispensary, announces the return of Cali Sober Sips, its Dry January event series with No Booze Babes, for a second year. The series explores how cannabis and non-alcoholic alternatives are reshaping modern social culture, one intentional happy hour at a time.

As drinking continues to decline nationwide, cannabis is increasingly showing up not as a replacement, but as a reimagining of how people gather. Cali Sober Sips challenges the traditional happy hour model, centering low-dose, choice-forward experiences that encourage presence, conversation and ease, without excess.

The 2026 series features cannabis brand partners Flower by Edie Parker, High Peaks and Beboe, alongside Hiyo, a functional non-alcoholic seltzer recently featured in The Today Show, Oprah Daily, and Rolling Stone.

Across the series, guests are invited to explore thoughtfully curated non-alcoholic beverages paired with cannabis options designed specifically for social settings. The result is an atmosphere that feels relaxed, welcoming, and grounded in choice, prioritizing how people want to feel when they come together: clear, connected, and comfortable.

Cali Sober Sips will take place across three happy hours at The Travel Agency’s New York locations, each featuring curated non-alcoholic and cannabis-curious options, product demonstrations, DJ sets and educational moments focused on alcohol-free alternatives.
